IRONIC

I've got a Harley Davidson t-shirt I have no business wearing (ask anyone who knows me). Maggie made me a "Nancy Pelosi Rocks It" shirt I adore. I still have my old Broadway Cast Show League softball jersey, for days I'm feeling it.

But the new Urban Outfitters "VOTING IS FOR OLD PEOPLE" shirt just make me sad. I understand why it might be funny, but I'm not sure anyone needs any more help being disaffected.

If I thought it was supposed to be an actual statement about the electoral process - I'd shut up. But it's just a cynical grab for teen cash. Sad, I say.
